These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy govern your use of the Project Blue waitlist service. By submitting your information, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms described here. This document is kept simple and plain — no legal maze, just clarity.

Terms of Service

Project Blue is an early-access music synchronisation service currently in development. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in the product — this does not constitute a purchase, contract, or guarantee of access.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Not share, sell, or misrepresent your position on the waitlist
• Understand that features, availability, and timelines may change

Project Blue reserves the right to remove any entry from the waitlist at its discretion, including for suspected abuse or fraudulent submissions.

Section 2

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here is exactly what we collect and why.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (if provided)
• Phone number (if provided)
• Timestamp of submission
• Country/region (inferred from IP for legal compliance — not stored persistently)

We use this information to:

• Send you a confirmation of your waitlist position
• Notify you when early access becomes available
• Send product updates (infrequent — we respect your inbox)

Section 3

Data Storage & Usage

Your contact information is stored in Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. You can review their privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We retain your data until:

• You request deletion (see below)
• Project Blue launches and you are migrated to a full account
• The waitlist is closed

We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics trackers, or social media pixels. The only data processor we use is Resend for email delivery.

Section 4

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
• Deletion — request that your data be permanently removed
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time by contacting us

All requests will be handled within 30 days. For users in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR and UK GDPR respectively.
